Refund and re-run policy
Last updated 2 June 2026.
The short version
If your eligible ClickBomb produces no significant ranking movement within 48 hours, we add a free re-run credit to your account. It is a re-run, not a cash refund. Cash refunds apply only in the narrow circumstances described below.
1. What counts as a result
A ClickBomb is considered to have produced a result when the best post-launch position of the target URL is at least 2 positions better than the pre-launch position on any tracked keyword (primary or approved secondary), measured against the same geo and the same rank-check window.
- Movement of +2 positions or more on the primary keyword: result.
- Movement of +2 positions or more on any tracked secondary keyword: result.
- Movement of +1 position only: routed to operator review rather than auto-denied. We look at the volatility of the keyword and the geo before deciding.
- No movement on any tracked keyword: free re-run credit added.
2. Eligibility for the free re-run credit
All of the following must apply at the time the test launches:
- The URL was already ranking between position #3 and #30 for the primary keyword in the chosen geo.
- The URL is on a working public page (no 404, no noindex, no
robots.txt block on the geo).
- The primary keyword has measurable search volume in the chosen geo (we will not run a test for a keyword no one searches).
- The keyword is not on our exclusion list (overly competitive head terms with monthly volume above 1M; brand-name keywords for brands you do not own).
- You did not modify the page's URL, title, or core content during the 48-hour window in a way that could have changed its ranking independently.
3. How the re-run credit works
The credit is added to your account automatically when the 48-hour evaluation completes. It is worth one full ClickBomb at the same tier you purchased. You can use it for the same URL and keyword, or for a different one. The credit expires 14 days after it is added if unused. Re-runs do not deduct from your paid balance and are not refundable for cash.
4. When a cash refund applies
We will refund the original payment in cash, to the same payment method, in the following cases:
- Service not delivered. If we did not launch the test within 14 days of payment and you have not been notified of a delay (for example, a restricted-niche manual review), we will refund the full amount on request.
- Duplicate payment. If you were charged twice for the same order due to a system error, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
- Test ineligible at our discretion. If our pre-check passed your URL but on closer review we determine the test cannot run safely (for example, the target is on a TLD blocked by our ad networks), we will refund the full amount.
5. Cases where a cash refund does not apply
- The test ran and the page did not move within 48 hours. (You receive a re-run credit instead.)
- You changed your mind after the test launched.
- Your competitors' activity moved them above you during the window.
- A Google algorithm update occurred during the window.
- You ordered against an ineligible URL (for example, one ranking outside #3-#30) despite our pre-check flagging it.
6. How to request a refund or re-run
Email [email protected] from the address on the account with your order ID. We respond within two business days. If the request qualifies, the refund is initiated through Stripe and typically lands on your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first. We can almost always resolve it with a re-run, a partial refund, or a full refund within 48 hours. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us are responded to with the order record, the test logs, the rank-check screenshots, and a brief summary; chargebacks issued after a successful test outcome will be disputed.
8. Subscriptions
You can cancel a recurring plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid period remains active until it ends, and you keep access to any credits already issued. We do not pro-rate refunds for mid-period cancellations.
9. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK or EU law. If you are based in the UK or EU and these statutory rights give you more favourable treatment than the policy above, those rights apply.
